HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
At Oink we dispatch our items via Courier or Royal Mail for delivery usually within 1-3 working days. Please note that we don't hold lots of stock as we want to make sure our customers get the freshly cooked Oink Scratchings. Our chefs hand cook fresh every day so delivery can take up to 5 working days in some instances
The Oink team work Mon-Fri.
Cut off for processing an order for next day delivery is 12pm, so any order after 12pm on a Friday will be processed as a priority on Monday.

WHO SHIPS YOUR ORDERS?
We ship our products using Yodel and Royal Mail. All courier deliveries can be tracked here http://www.yodel.co.uk/track/
CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY DETAILS?
If your order has been processed we won't be able to change the shipping details. However, if you spot a mistake, drop an email to oink@theoinkcompany.co.uk and we will see if there's anything we can do.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Email oink@theoinkcompany.co.uk within 7 working with your order number, product description, reason for return, and whether you'd like a replacement or refund.
All orders must be sent back unopened, in the same condition as they were supplied. And, they must be received within 14 days from the date that you received your order.
If you'd like a refund, the full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to your payment card within 30 days. However, we cannot cover the cost of your return postage.
